Our Mission
At Decisional Living Group Homes, we are dedicated to providing a quality and affordable living environment for individuals in need of stable housing.
Our mission is to empower our clients through supportive affordable living and community engagement.
Our Homes
Our homes are equipped with beds, linens, towels, dishes, televisions, a washer/dryer, a residential phone line, internet/Wi-Fi, furnished communal living areas, and outdoor patio furniture, where needed, to create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for our clients.
Clients are responsible for providing their own groceries and must be self-sufficient, including managing their own transportation.
Our Commitment
We offer affordable housing within a secure and monitored environment.
DLGH encourages access to third-parties when needed for essential services such as counseling for mental health and wellness, as well as medical assistance for activities of daily living.
Our homes include utilities within the rental cost; residents are responsible for their own meals and transportation.
We hold residents accountable for attending counseling, AA meetings, and/or NA meetings to strengthen their chances of a restored life.
Our homes are available for Independent Senior Living, individuals aged out of Foster Care, Veterans, and Sober Living.
Rental Process with DLGH
You must be able to set-up automatic weekly/monthly payments for rent. No credits checks. You must be willing to sign a House Rules Agreement prior to move-in date.
